Assistant Engineer - R&D - #1106997

Responsibilities:

• Design for manufacturability and development of thick film, chip and wire, and discrete hybrid microcircuit.

• Conduct technical design reviews and simulations to assess project feasibility.

• Perform functional and reliability test to validate designs during product development, product qualification, and mass production phases.

• Generate bills of materials, product design development documentation, and reports.

• Support production on test engineering matters, including the development, characterization, and implementation of new test equipment, jigs and fixtures, test concepts, methods, and programs.

• Develop test handling techniques and fixtures, using experimental design and statistical methods; evaluate test failure data to find root causes and implement sound engineering solutions.

• Provide training to production staff on new test processes and changes in test-related matters.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Fresh graduate is welcome, training will be provided.

• Required Skill(s): Experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D software for designing electronic circuits and fixtures.

• Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous, careful attention to detail.

• Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on team player with good initiative.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication in our production environment.
