Responsibilities:

• Going to pet stores around Singapore, serving existing clients and building relationship with new ones
• Prepare, present sales presentation to customer
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
• Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.
• Assist in preparation of stock when order load gets heavy

Qualifications:

• At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
• Must have a local Class 3/3A/3C Driving license
• Singaporean/PR Preferred
