Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C channels
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and resellers
Prepare proposals and presentations to meet customer requirements
Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, pitching, and negotiation
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan and launch new offerings
Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Support promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to promote products
Provide after-sales support and manage customer feedback professionally
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
Key Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting partnerships
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office and SAP system
