Buyer /Salary range: Up to $4,500 + $250 Transport allowance

• Purchasing of raw materials, parts, machinery, supplies and other goods and services.

• Evaluate and implement engineering change to minimize excess and obsolete inventory

• Maintain and update databases of available suppliers and prices information

• Maintain purchasing documentation system to comply with ISO requirements & GPP

• Monitor on supply chain issues that may arise of materials shortage

• Work with manufacturer, suppliers, suppliers & Subcontractor to resolve material/service issues

• Work with QA & suppliers to resolve issues related to component quality or drawing issues etc.

• Attend ad hoc demand requirements from customer where the their product are in for servicing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine with 5 years of relevant experiences.

• Proficient in SAP system is a must
