Inventory Checker (Physical Asset Verification), Government - #1106920

This position will start off as 6 months contract with possibility of extension.

Location:
CAAS at Changi Airport Terminal 2

Responsibilities:

• Support Divisions to conduct physical asset sighting exercises across CAAS facilities and locations (Requires travelling to Seletar Airport and Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre. Reimbursement provided)

• Verify and update asset information including asset tags, serial numbers, locations

• Input and maintain accurate asset records in the new Asset Management System using the RFID reader

• Document discrepancies between physical assets and system records

• Assist in reconciling asset data and resolving data inconsistencies

• Prepare regular progress reports on asset sighting activities

• Support the asset management team in maintaining proper documentation

Working Hour:
Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
