Responsibilities:

• Assist the Construction Manager and take charge of site operations in their absence.
• Lead and supervise the construction team to ensure timely project delivery and quality execution.
• Prepare and review project schedules, work methods, and construction work instructions.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve construction-related issues.
• Review and submit reports, documentation, and method statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess subcontractor performance and ensure work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Address technical issues and manage claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in a Deputy Construction Manager or equivalent role.
• Proven track record managing complex vehicular structures, road projects, or large-scale infrastructure works.
• Strong technical knowledge in Bored piling, CBP, ERSS, RCBC Drain Box, Grouting, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CSCPM, BCSS, Confined Space Entry, and Work-at-Height are preferred.
