Responsibilities:

• Report to Safety Manager and support HSE compliance across civil infrastructure site.
• Implement and monitor site-specific Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with LTA, ISO, and corporate HSE regulations.
• Lead and document incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective measures.
• Enforce safety procedures for high-risk activities (e.g., heavy lifting, confined space, working at heights).
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation for audits and management review.
• Compile safety performance reports and prepare presentation materials for internal meetings.

Requirements:

• Possess NITEC; Engineering background or above
• At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience in civil infrastructure, preferably LTA viaduct projects.
• Possess valid Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B).
• Certified in Confined Space Assessor and Work-at-Height courses.
• Strong understanding of civil roadwork safety and heavy lifting operations.
