Job Title: Retail Executive (Telco Shop)

Salary: Up to $2,200 basic monthly salary (based on qualifications and experience)

Commission: $500-1300 or MORE /month

Work Location: Various Singtel stores islandwide

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday, 5.5 days per week
Rotating shifts:
- 10 AM to 7 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
- 12 PM to 9 or 10 PM (with 1-hour lunch)

Job Duties:

Help customers in a friendly way
Share accurate info about products and promotions
Handle questions, feedback, and complaints

Products:

Mobile phones and accessories
Mobile plans
Broadband and Singtel TV packages

Requirements:

Good communication and people skills
Able to listen and handle complaints
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Fresh graduates are welcome
