Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the production of interior fit-out projects.
Manage production detailing and ensure that technical drawings are executed accurately.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects.
Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Ensure that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Supervise and guide the carpentry team to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Monitor and report on production progress and provide solutions to potential delays.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in production detailing and interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong background in carpentry and an understanding of carpentry practices.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
