Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, and designers.
Promote the company’s tile products to both new and existing customers.
Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns promptly.
Follow up on leads and past customers to encourage additional sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints effectively and professionally.
Assist customers in selecting the right tiles for their specific projects, considering aesthetic and practical requirements.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction, interior design, or building materials sector.
Experience in customer relationship management is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
