Responsibilities:
Consolidate orders from retail outlet, update to EPB system and advise customer service/purchasing.
Sort and distribute incoming documents from retail outlets to relevant depts.
Update the daily production schedule, order form and supplier form.
Monitor retail outlets’ petty cash disbursements and purchases.
Assist with the opening of new outlet and prepare all items on list.
Arrange weekly side offer and advertise offer promotion at retail butchery.
Attend to outlet equipment breakdown and arrange for equipment servicing.
Attend to request from retail outlets and replenish stationeries/forms accordingly.
Participate in the Company annual stock take.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Admin / Accountancy, N/O Level etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS-teams and Excel.
Self-motivated, energetic, initiative, and able to work independently.
We seek Mandarin speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin speaking clients
Able to work on Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri).
