Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

• Prepare ECI (Estimated Chargeable Income) and corporate tax returns.

• Prepare responses to queries from IRAS.

• Prepare Corporate Income Tax provision calculations for month-end closing.

• Work with tax consultants on Transfer Pricing documentation.

• Prepare and file regulatory returns to authorities, including GST returns, income tax computation, and annual returns in XBRL format.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and cash monitoring.

• Prepare yearly budgets.

• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

• Prepare yearly audit schedules and GL accounts reconciliation.

• Maintain detailed financial documentation and filing systems.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent. 

• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. 

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP. 

• Strong knowledge of and experience in applying Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore GST, and corporate tax requirements. 

• A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 

• Hands-on, independent, mature, meticulous, and with an eye for detail. 

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines. 

• Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
