Senior Engineer (Industrial Engineering & Planning) - #1106714

Job Descriptions:

• To achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvement/conversation/other capacity improvement plans to ensure the plans meet operations goals.

• Short Term Capacity (Wafer start Assessment)

• Long Term Capacity Planning (Capex Investment)

• Lead and Drive Tool Productivity & Flexibility Improvement Projects

• New Tool Management from Move in till release for Production

• Change Management capacity Impact Analysis

• Fab layout planning and tool space optimization to achieve maximum Fab output per unit floor area.

• Setup & Manage the BOM in the MRP system for all Indirect Materials (Chemical, Gases requirement etc).

• Manage & review inventory of stock level and open purchase order quantity, delivery date, expiry date for all indirect materials used in fab to ensure that there is no shortage of materials for the fab, the inventory level is kept to a minimum level & no expiry or obsolescence of materials.

• Raise purchase requisition to buy materials / parts needs for the fab timely

• Responsible for ensuring all disciplines are in place and transactions are executed to assure inventory accuracy of purchased parts, raw materials, and manufactured product within the Microsoft Business Central system.

• Manage, track the capital purchase and improve fab manufacturing cost expense such as utilities, R&M, IDM.

• Work with supply chain/module for 2nd source materials & cost excellence continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic / Business Management / Industrial Engineering

• Min. 7 years working experience in the field of capacity, material & cost planning in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central, SAP and MRP system

• Project management, Problem-solving skills, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, MS Office literate preferred
