Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of HRBP functions for one of the core businesses.
Deeply involved in the business and providing solid HR professional support.
Managing the employee life cycle in a strategic way for the corresponding business team.
Build, motivate and optimize the organisation to enable the business.
Assist in all other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent.
Good communication and writing skills.
Result-oriented and goal-driven.
Must be able to work independently.
Knowledge of Labor/ employment laws.
Bilingual in English and Chinese due to close collaboration with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China.
