Job Responsibilities:
AnalyticsDevelop and maintain VBA macros to automate workflows and improve data processing efficiency across operations.
Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI to deliver real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic planning and operational improvements.
Drive process optimization by integrating VBA automation with Power BI solutions, enhancing scalability and efficiency across business processes.
Maintain product restriction rules (Split Rule) within the SAP system for applicable countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Ensure timely delivery of shipments while adhering to all customs and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to shipping documentation during preparation stages.
Manage all shipment-related claims, including those involving insurance, with both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to support and achieve departmental goals and initiatives.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desk/Work Instructions to support logistics operations and ensure process consistency.
Lead the team responsible for handling all ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission, accurate documentation, and full compliance with customs regulations.
Partner with the Finance Team to oversee the application, issuance, and renewal of Bank Guarantees (BG) required for ATA Carnet documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and avoiding processing delays.
Coordinate closely with Country Logistics teams to align shipment timelines with event requirements, ensuring all materials arrive on schedule.
Manage the destruction process with a strong focus on identifying and implementing sustainable alternatives, such as recycling, repurposing, and material renewal.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support corporate sustainability goals, aiming to reduce reliance on direct destruction and minimize environmental impact.
Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors to foster strong relationships and resolve issues promptly.
Promote proactive and transparent collaboration with all service providers to ensure mutual success and drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management, with preferably over 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a luxury supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VBA and Power BI.
Working knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Familiarity with shipping documentation such as CITES Applications for exotic products and Certificates of Origin.
Skilled in vendor management and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain positive working relationships.
