The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to serve in a dynamic as a Commercial Executive to the Regional Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment. This position is integral to the smooth functioning and effectiveness of our commercial operations across the region.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the regional commercial team on administrative tasks and project coordination.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and commercial documentation

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives

  • Support ad hoc projects for both the regional Commercial team

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion

Other Responsibilities

General Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports and commercial documentation

  • Supplier and stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with suppliers and markets on project updates and data collection

  • Coordinate meetings and communications on behalf of the commercial team

  • Support contract management, procurement processes, and vendor relations

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making

  • Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking KPIs, sales performance, and budget reports

  • Product Setup: Support listing and maintenance of product information on systems and websites

  • Sample & Product Coordination: Manage product samples and coordinate product evaluations as required 

Note Taking & Documentation:

  • Attend key meetings to take accurate notes and minutes.

  • Summarize action items and distribute meeting notes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions arising from meetings.

 Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
