About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are consistently met. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Make cold calls to our new customers' database daily.

2. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat.

3. Provide accurate information about our beauty products and services, assist customers with appointment bookings, and address any issues or concerns.

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

1. Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of providing outstanding support.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.

4. Familiarity with beauty and skincare products, or a willingness to learn.

5. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

6. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
