Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, simultaneously processing quotations and orders

• Support sales including online sales(order tracking, after-sales service)

• Share information on promotions and new products

• Assist the team with sales and admin duties

• Help create marketing materials to support sales campaigns

• Maintain company website and ensure timely updates

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Friendly and customer-focused

• Some sales or service experience preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
