We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Executive Producer to lead and manage high-impact creative projects from start to finish.

As the Executive Producer, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of content production—ensuring every project not only meets client expectations but exceeds creative standards. You’ll be the key driver behind timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while also nurturing strong partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full production process—from project brief to final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with creative, production, strategy, and post-production teams to ensure cohesive execution.

• Manage production budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring open communication, clarity of objectives, and alignment at every phase.

• Ensure all outputs maintain a high level of creative integrity and production quality.

• Identify potential risks or challenges early and resolve them efficiently.

• Inspire, mentor, and lead production teams toward creative excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Strong background in video production, content creation, and social media management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.

• Strategic thinker with a creative eye and a keen attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of industry best practices and production workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in a media agency or similar fast-paced creative environment is a strong advantage.
