Job Description: 

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the hospital and provide guidance to duty technicians on biomedical equipment matters.

• Prepare and present biomedical reports through data collection, analysis, and identification of trends.

• Stay updated with the latest technical developments by participating in training, reviewing technical publications, and expanding professional networks.

• Conduct testing and evaluations of proposed biomedical equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

• Oversee quality assurance and risk management activities, including acceptance testing and adherence to high maintenance standards.

• Serve as a technical expert for the investigation and resolution of complex equipment issues.

• Provide coaching and technical advice to appointed Managing Agent staff, focusing on communication skills, issue resolution, and customer service excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair.

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong technical expertise in both preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices.
