Job Description
Support payroll matters for Singapore, Korea, Japan, and India, including risk assessments
Check and resolve TMS, overtime, and eLeave system issues
Work with Finance on payroll and government-paid leave claims reconciliation
Handle intercompany billing for secondments and ensure documentation
Ensure timely payroll fund transfers and liaise with in-country payroll providers
Coordinate expatriate tax matters with Singapore tax consultants
Assist with HR document digitalization and general HR admin tasks
Liaise with AIA and clinics on medical bills and insurance updates
Support payroll implementation for AWI/CA and technician incentives
Coordinate service awards, re-employment, and staff benefits
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Arrange A&D testing for new hires and designated roles
Manage temporary staffing with agencies
Handle HR-related statutory surveys and government submissions
Maintain HR records and support other HR/payroll tasks as assign
Job Responsibilities
Diploma or degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Singapore payroll and HR administration
Detail-oriented, discreet, good communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and work independently
