APAC Strategy & Operations Associate - #1106461

We are a leading global IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company, committed to sustainable technology lifecycle solutions across more than 20 countries. Our APAC operations are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a high-caliber professional to support the APAC President in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking

·       Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries

·       Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data

·       Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders

·       Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements

·       Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; candidates with advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus

• At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous for engaging with regional counterparts and clients where the language is predominantly spoken

• Proven ability to work in data-driven environments, with strong analytical and presentation skills

• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural settings
