Executive Officer, Billing Services - #1106410

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of EBS bills to customers

• Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, e.g., the monthly closing of billing cycle, process adjustment and refund within 7 business days etc

• Supervise and provide guidance to team members

• Review, propose and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity/efficiency both internally and cross-teams

• Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement

• Lead end-to-end project management, from analytic, gathering requirements to execution and delivery

• Drive digitization initiatives, including planning, development, and deployment of digital solutions

• Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies

• Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters

• Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives

• Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

What You’ll Need:

• Degree from a recognised University in a business/technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment and/or Utilities Industry

• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills

• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team, preferably with experience in leading a team

• Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and positive mindset
