(UP3.8k) Temporary Senior Expenditure Associate | 6+6 Months - #1106396

Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable for another 6 months

Location: Changi Airport

Salary: $3500 to $3800 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify staff reimbursements and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices in line with payment terms

• Investigate data anomalies flagged by analytics reports

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including journal posting and expense accrual

• Contribute to finance process improvements and participate in UAT for system/reporting changes

• Provide professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or

• Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Concur is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and well-organized

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

• Hands-on experience with payment processing
