Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of annual marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to tailor effective, localized marketing plans.

• Collaborate with regional teams to initiate creative growth strategies and adapt global marketing assets for local relevance.

• Manage and guide a team of marketing professionals across HK, TW, and SG, fostering a collaborative, result-driven culture.

• Provide CRM analytics and insights into customer behavior, and automate CRM campaigns for enhanced efficiency.
