About the Project

This project focus is on digital transformation initiatives, website and mobile app development, and integrating new technologies

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering: Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Identifying and documenting business processes and pain points. Creating functional and non-functional requirement documentations for solutions.

• Problem solving and analysis: Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify gaps, pain points and improvement opportunities.

• Solution design and development: Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop solutions that align with business needs.

• Risk management and compliance: Assess risks and developing mitigation strategies. Ensuring solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Project Management: Tracking project progress and managing timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders. Effectively communicate concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that software and systems meet defined standards of quality, reliability, and performance before deployment. This position contributes directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction by identifying and mitigating risks through rigorous testing protocols. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report defects using tools like JIRA

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Skills/Requirement

• Degree or diploma in IT, Information Communication, Business Analytics or its equivalent.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends.

• Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites

• Worked with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
