Manager, Branding & Marketing Communications | Up to $6,000 - #1106322

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution

• Support end-to end planning and execution of exhibitions.

• Provide administrative support such as preparing administrative briefs to management, coordinating logistics such as arranging exhibits delivery, networking receptions, preparation of exhibitor passes and manning rosters

• Ensure all aspects of the event components, including setup, teardown, exhibition days coordination are executed smoothly.

2. Content and Visual Development

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative team to gather engaging content and multi-media materials for showcases/exhibitions.

• Prepare marketing materials such as EDM and presentation decks.

• Ensure alignment with branding and communications guideline

3. Vendor Management

• Source and manage external vendors (such as designers, build contractors, content producers, materials/collateral suppliers, F&B caterers, public engagement activity planners, photographers/videographers, entertainment artistes (where needed), or any other vendors as identified.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines and budget to ensure successful project delivery.

4. Post-Event Analysis

• Support post-event evaluation of exhibitions and showcases.

• Identify key areas of improvement, and reporting on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least 3 years of related experience in planning and managing events and exhibitions

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.

• Ability to work with technical and creative teams.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe photoshop and/or Canva is an added advantage.
