Position: Sales Admin (6 months contract convertible to permanent position) - CK

Key Responsibilities:
-Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders, import/export documents) through SI system
-Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation.
-Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up regularly.
-Provide administrative support to sales team.
-Assist in monthly sales closing.
-Liaise with various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and warehouse) to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:
-Min. Higher Nitec in any discipline
-Good interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office Suite
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
-Understand shipping terms such as incoterms.
