Job Overview:
Manage user accounts, ensure security compliance, address inquiries, perform revalidations, remediate deviations, escalate issues, and support operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system (eg. Windows, Linux, etc.) and application per approved change request
Produce quality work at all times to minimize rework and client complaints.
Comply with instituted workplace securities at customer premises
Issue pin mailers and answer phone/email inquiries from institution users
Perform labelling, ID revalidation, and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
Perform Privileges Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
Perform timely escalation to the respective support team where necessary
Perform tasks assigned by the line manager and be contactable at all times.
Requirements:
Good command in English to liaise with different entities
Candidate must possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC and above
Basic Understanding of IT or IT Savvy
Comfortable working in healthcare environment
Comfortable take MMR and TDAP (Claimable)
