Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Own and evolve the SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic traffic growth and conversions.

• Manage and evaluate the performance of our SEO agency – set priorities, track deliverables, and ensure ROI.

• Conduct regular audits across technical SEO, on-page elements, content gaps, and backlink profiles.

• Align SEO initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and business objectives.

• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic performance, and competitive benchmarks to inform decisions.

Website Management

• Manage website updates, including content refreshes, page creations, banners, and UX improvements.

• Maintain high standards of usability, accessibility, and performance across web pages.

• Work closely with the UX team to continuously optimize user journeys and interface designs.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all key pages.

• Monitor website performance (speed, responsiveness, mobile-friendliness) and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management, ideally in a growth-focused or digital-first company.

• Proven track record of managing and scaling organic traffic through strategic SEO efforts.

• Deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), and a basic grasp of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Analytical and data-driven; comfortable turning insights into clear action plans.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agencyrelationships.

• Strong project management skills – organized, responsive, and deadline-driven.
