Responsibilities:
Professionally and effectively apply sales techniques to achieve targeted sales goals
Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to specifications, quality, or delivery; escalate to management or suppliers when necessary
Maintain regular contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals; monitor, coordinate, and report proposal progress in weekly sales meetings
Develop new customer accounts and expand market share within existing client base
Conduct product training sessions and technical presentations to clients
Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
A team player with strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and committed to results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Industry knowledge in water treatment or pumps is a strong advantage
