Senior Lead Architect (Min 10years exp).

Executive Architect / Associate (4 to 6 years)

Currently hiring a Senior Architect with any Industrial project Experience.

Job Description

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions

• Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant

• Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders

• Assist / Lead / Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority’s requirements

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion

• Ensure project team’s current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements

• Familar with BIM.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) is preferred but not a must.

• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, for senior or lead role

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, for executive architect or associate.

• Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices

• Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes

• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
