Business Support Executive (HR/Finance)
Our company is seeking an experienced Business Support Executive to support HR and finance operations. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of both human resources and financial management functions with clear opportunity for advancement to managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Handle payroll processing, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and benefits administration
Finance Operations
Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, expense management, and budget tracking
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with vendors, maintain filing systems, and support senior management with key business tasks
Compliance & Reporting
Assist with audit preparations, regulatory submissions, and ensure accurate documentation
