• Position: Accounts Executive

• Location: Defu Lane 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Fuel

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules

• Quarterly GST preparation

• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents

• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting with timeline

• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients 

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy 

• At least 2 years of relevant experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
