Pre-Sales Engineer (Exp in Telco Systems) / MNC Jurong! - #1106105

· Collaborate with Sales team to develop technical proposals and strategies, focusing on providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements and addressing their concerns.

· Preparation and conduct of product and solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities and features.

· Conducting site surveys and assessing of customer needs.

· Developing and maintaining technical documentation and sales materials.

· Staying up to date with product developments and industry trends.

· Building relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

· Supporting the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes.

· Providing training and support to customers and sales teams.

Requirements:

· Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

· Min 1 – 3 years of pre-sales and solution design experience in Telecommunication domain is preferred

· Knowledge in telecommunication product/ systems such as mobile communications, satellite communication, line of sight communication is plus

· Hands-on experiences with customer demonstration of products and service are preferred

· Ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical proposals and system configurations

  Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams and solution briefs

· Experience with RF/Wireless/Networking testing such as utilization of spectrum analyzer, network traffic measurement software is plus

· Strong communication (verbal, written/visual) and presentation skills

·   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

· Willingness to travel overseas as needed

· Working location is in Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio
