As a Corporate Legal Admin (Financial Institution), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist the Legal and Compliance team with a range of administrative tasks.
Manage day-to-day support for corporate secretarial duties, legal documentation, contract handling, and relevant filings.
Draft and manage legal correspondence, while coordinating communications with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Contribute to legal and compliance functions by preparing for meetings, taking minutes, drafting board resolutions, conducting research, and assisting with legal documents.
Collaborate with corporate secretaries to maintain well-organized records and track deadlines for corporate filings and legal obligations.
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity or relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge in KYC required
