Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills and have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design disciplines. This role will involve leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers to achieve outstanding visual solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

•Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects.
•Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
•Oversee the work of junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
•Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
•Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
•Conduct regular design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
•Provide mentorship and support to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
 

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or related field.
•Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
•Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
•Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic.
•Strong project management and organizational abilities.
•Proven expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization.
