About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Lead (Sleep Health) to elevate the quality and consistency of our sleep therapy counselling services. You’ll guide a team of CPAP Counsellors, handle escalated patient cases, maintain clinical protocols, and play a key role in patient adherence, partnerships, and service outcomes.
This role blends leadership with hands-on experience — ensuring you remain connected to the real-world challenges faced by CPAP Counsellors, while steering the team’s clinical growth and effectiveness.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk CPAP cases
• Coach and mentor CPAP Counsellors to maintain high clinical standards
• Review and improve standard operating procedures for therapy counselling
• Contribute to resupply logic, patient adherence strategy, and partner education
• Represent clinical perspectives in partnerships and B2C campaigns
• Actively perform CPAP counselling duties periodically to maintain a strong understanding of frontline workflows, patient needs, and counsellor challenges

• ≥ 90% compliance with clinical counselling protocols
• < 5% backlog in escalated patient cases
• Timely and documented resolution of all clinical queries
• High satisfaction and confidence from the counselling team
• Strong alignment between counselling workflows and clinical standards
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
• Are a trained healthcare professional (e.g. Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, Allied Health)
• Have good commercial experience
• Have experience in sleep therapy, CPAP support, or chronic care management
• Are confident leading peers and guiding care quality
• Enjoy collaborating across marketing, partnerships, and operations
• Understand patient adherence psychology and education tactics
• Are willing to rotate through CPAP Counsellor responsibilities occasionally (e.g. intake calls, therapy consults, resupply engagement) to stay grounded in day-to-day patient experience
Tools You'll Use
• CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to document escalations and patient notes
• Workflow platforms (e.g. shared calendars, ticketing)
• Resupply and patient management dashboards
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience setting up or revising healthcare SOPs
• Exposure to digital health platforms or clinical partnerships
• Interest in building educational content or webinars
