• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process

• Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

• Providing timely and accurate financial reports to project managers and clients

• Identifying opportunities to optimise costs and improve project profitability

• Collaborating with the project team to resolve any financial or contractual issues

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveying Studies
