Kiosk /POS Deployment Executive - #1105939

We are looking for a hands-on Terminal Deployment Executive to handle the installation, support, and maintenance of PayCube payment terminals at merchant locations. This role suits individuals who enjoy technical fieldwork and customer interaction, with opportunities to grow in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test payment terminals on-site

• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed

• Train merchants on terminal usage and first transactions

• Manage terminal inventory, documentation, and service reports

• Ensure compliance with security and safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Electronics/Engineering or related field

• At least 1 year of field service or technical support experience (fresh grads with strong technical aptitude may be considered) Kiosk, POS , Paycube , terminal

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
