Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a skilled Assistant / Sales Manager to lead sales for Systems Integration & Solutions Services. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, growing sales, finding new business opportunities, and building strong relationships in the Defence and Public Security sectors.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good understanding of System Integration & Solution considerations.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Work with the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the Division's overall business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Lead the sales and bid process on overall value propositions and results.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Resolve conflicts and address performance issues effectively.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.

  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Provide recommendations for improving sales performance.
