Monthly Salary: $2,200 + AWS

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail bookstore team as Cashiers. If you have a passion for books, love interacting with people, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Sales Transactions

• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cashier counter

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately

• Issue receipts, refunds, and ensure transaction accuracy

  
  

1. Customer Experience

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance

• Answer queries and offer product suggestions

• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed

  
  

1. Store Upkeep

• Maintain a clean, organized cashier and front counter area

• Replenish shelves and tidy up displays in your station

• Help with stock checks and report any stock irregularities

  
  

1. Reporting & Administration

• Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift

• Submit simple daily sales summaries as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum GCE O-Level education

• Good communication skills and a positive service mindset

• Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude

• Able to commit to retail shifts, including weekends or public holidays
