Responsibilities:

UX Thinking & Design Strategy

• Conduct user research, competitor audits, or heuristic evaluations to identify pain points and improvement areas.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
• Design scalable systems with clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and adaptable states (e.g., empty, error, loading).
• Collaborate with PMs and developers to align business goals with user needs and deliver solutions that are both functional and delightful.

Creative & Visual Execution

• Craft intuitive and visually engaging UI components using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design responsive layouts and high-fidelity mockups that balance clarity, brand consistency, and accessibility.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, testing insights, and evolving product requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Present your ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team critiques with thoughtful feedback and openness to diverse perspectives.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and resolve UX edge cases.

 

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• 3 years in UI/UX or digital product design roles with a portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and mobile/web interaction patterns
• Entry level with good portfolio in corporate project are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
