Basic Salary : $4500 - $5500 (Depends On Experience) + VB

Mon -Fri / 8am - 5.30pm

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Lead and manage plant upgrading and expansion projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and compliance with regulatory and technical standards.

• Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including facility and ground services, to minimize operational disruptions.

• Monitor utility usage and plan for capacity upgrades to support current operations and future growth.

• Drive and track departmental performance against established goals and KPIs.

• Ensure all critical systems are designed and operated in accordance with regulatory requirements, system specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Implement and manage lean energy programs to improve overall energy efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience

• Min Diploma in Facility Engineering or Project Management or other related field

• Knowledge in Compressed Air Systems, Clean Room System, Air Condition Systems or other plant facilities equipment maintenance
