Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Temporary HR Assistant / Executive. You will play a key role in supporting data entry and administrative tasks within the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Input data into systems and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy

• Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors

• Ensure all data is maintained securely and confidentially

• Track and update staff records

• Maintain and update existing data to ensure accuracy

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

• Able to commit fully for the 4-month contract duration

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles will be an advantage
