Responsibilities:

• Manage partial Accounts Payable (AP).
• Process staff claims and issue payment vouchers.
• Issue invoices, delivery orders, and maintain logbooks.
• Prepare aging statements and assist in data entry into ERP system (e.g., SAP).
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, with a focus on accounts payable (AP).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with GST F5 worksheets or basic purchase order and coordination duties is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
