Work schedule: Full day
1) order processing including Sales Invoices/Quotations/CN/DN checking and data entry into Xero, checking and updating Customer Portals for POs, CNs, DNs, Invoice upload and Remittances download.
2) documents filing
3) correspondences handling (open letters and take relevant action)
4) inventory update in Xero and Excel format
5) liase with 3PL for delivery issues
6) Follow up with customer/Sales for payment
7) Reconcile and update customer payment in Xero and generate Debtor statements
8) Liase with customers for discrepancies in CN/DN/Payments
9) Other administrative tasks assigned by Superior
