Job Description:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting)

• Monitor and operate BMS to ensure equipment runs smoothly

• Identify equipment faults (e.g., forklifts, VNAs) and coordinate repairs or replacements

• Ensure safety compliance and keep accurate maintenance records

• Conduct routine safety checks and support emergency drills

• Manage facility upkeep, including urgent maintenance and general repair tasks

• Liaise with contractors for specialized maintenance services

• Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and replacements

• Log and report maintenance activities and facility conditions
