Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly entries for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) in SAP and assist with manual journal entries when required.
• Process staff claims, payments, and invoicing in accordance with company policies and approval matrices.
• Handle project billing, including down payments, progress claims, and lease agreement invoicing, ensuring accuracy and contract alignment.
• Track, follow up, and report on overdue accounts, including issuing Statements of Accounts (SOA), compiling AR aging reports.
• Submit invoices and maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions, collections, and agreements in compliance with internal policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing or payment issues through professional communication via email and phone.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including cash flow tracking, reconciliations, and audit-related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), and company financial and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST and financial reporting standards (FRS), accounting software systems (ERP, SAP) would be advantageous.
