Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects aligned with management objectives; maintain and improve quality, environmental, and water efficiency systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and ISO 46001; conduct internal and external audits.
  • Manage QEMS/WEMS documentation and enforce information security throughout the information lifecycle.
  • Monitor quality metrics, coordinate corrective actions, and handle product/material quality issues including customer feedback.
  • Oversee calibration schedules, maintain and troubleshoot X-ray equipment, and coordinate third-party services.
  • Support new product testing and pilot runs; promote continuous improvement initiatives and participate in emergency response plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance
  • Experienced in supplier management and product qualification using APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC methodologies
  • Proficient in 8D problem-solving tools, including Fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys technique
  • Certified Lead or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or ISO 46001
  • Familiar with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
